Convenient location and beautiful view. Superb seafront with amazing sunsets. Key location facts: Close to supermarkets, small local stores, and a shopping mall. The apartment provided a good amount of space for a family or a group of friends.
Lack of maintenance and uncomfortable bed. The apartment was not well-maintained, with dirty and spider-infested rooms.

Location was fantastic and convenient, loved it. Could see city from the window.

Great value and central location. The apartment had all the essential amenities, including a washer and dryer. The neighborhood had a small local store and a famous sandwich shop right across the street, which was very convenient.
The bed was not comfortable and the apartment lacked maintenance and decorations. The dryer didn't work properly.
